Delete your Veyra account
You can permanently delete your Veyra account from the web or from the Veyra app. The same deletion process is used in both places.
Request deletion
- Sign in to Veyra.
- Open Settings → Account & security.
- Select Delete Veyra account.
- Confirm your password, your authenticator code if two-step verification is enabled, and type DELETE.
If you cannot sign in, use Veyra’s password recovery first. This prevents somebody else from deleting your studio with only an email address.
What deletion does
Your sign-in identity and active sessions are removed. Studios you solely own are deleted with their CRM records, projects, galleries, portfolio, creator posts and stored media. If a studio has another active owner, that studio remains and only your membership is removed.
What may be retained
Veyra may retain the minimum records required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute or security obligations. A non-identifying deletion receipt can also be retained to prove that the request was completed. Retained records are not used to keep the deleted account active.
